Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop creative and innovative graphic designs for a wide range of media, including digital and print.
Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance the brand identity through consistent visual representation across all projects.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to create designs that meet project objectives and timelines.
User Experience: Create user-centric designs that consider usability, accessibility, and the user journey.
Software Proficiency: Use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw) to produce high-quality visuals.
File Management: Organize and manage digital assets and design files to ensure they are easily accessible for future use.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends and tools to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all graphics and designs are visually appealing and meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
Skills:
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw).
Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and colour theory.
Excellent visual and communication skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
